Trade Day is a dedicated site meeting where you, your client, and key trades (builder, joiner, electrician, etc.) come together. You present the concept, trades measure up, ballpark budgets are discussed, and scope is clarified, all before detailed drawings are created. It’s the step that saves time, money, and sanity.
2. Do I need Trade Day for every project?
Yes, even for smaller projects. It may look different depending on scale, but the principle is the same: get expert input early, avoid wasted work later.
3. Won’t this overwhelm my client?
Actually, the opposite! Clients LOVE Trade Day. They get to meet the team, feel heard, and see their project moving forward in a tangible way. It builds trust, excitement, and momentum.
4. How does Trade Day make my business more profitable?
